Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Tool Submissions

When submitting a tool to our directory:

You must own or have permission to list the tool
All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
Tools must comply with our quality guidelines
We reserve the right to reject any submission
Payments are non-refundable once a tool is approved

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refunds are only available if your tool submission is rejected during our review process.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
To transmit or procure the sending of advertising or promotional material
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or other users
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
